Anna Silk is a Fredericton native, the daughter Peter Silk, who was an academic. The mother of her, Ilkay Silk, had a diverse range of talents, including being able perform, direct, produce, write plays teaching, as well as be the Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father comes from Britain and her mother is the "Turkish ex-pat from Cyprus who is now living in England." Anna's early memories involve attending rehearsals for plays as well as watching her mother's working. Anna appeared in several advertisements when she was a child. Anna moved to Toronto in November 1999 to pursue her acting talents. Then, she settled to Los Angeles (California) over the next ten years. Seth Cooperman and Anna met in Los Angeles in 2007, in an acting workshop. They got engaged in 2009, after they got married. They were married with a civil ceremony on December and renewed their vows in the form of a Jewish wedding ceremony held in Fredericton on April 11, 2011 after Anna's conversion to Judaism. Bo and Lauren's romance (played Zoie Palmer by Bo) is featured on CNN's most-loved television couples list. The couple was also recognized in the 2013 edition of E! as the top couple on TV in the year 2013. Entertainment Television.
