She is the daughter of Harvey Welker (a Native American father) and Julie Welker (an African-American mom). Her mother is an agent in real estate while her father has a degree in engineering. Walker was educated through the Germantown Friends School (Germantown Area) in Philadelphia where she graduated in 1994. After that, in 1998, she graduated at Harvard College with a Bachelor's degree. Welker was married John Hughes in Philadelphia, who was known as a marketing director. They have two daughters. The couple started an affair in 2014 when they began to date. John her husband has more than four years of her life. The relationship was enjoying itself, so they decided to stay in touch.
